Topic:

Know anyone who has been laid off because his/her organization’s Lean and/or Six Sigma deployment was downsized or eliminated?  My bet is that you know people and organizations who have encountered this fate. What can be done to resolve this issue?  Presented is a solution to this frequently-encountered occurrence.  In this session, we will first assess the past and then determine the ten steps you could follow to resolve this disbandment problem for organizational process-improvement deployments.

Content for this presentation is taken from an article that is to be published by the speaker in the August 2017 issue of Quality Progress.
