Mary McDonald
Mary McDonald has been a member of the US Technical Advisory Group (TAG) for both ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 since 1995 and she is a Senior ASQ Member. She is CEO/CTO of McDonald Consulting Group, a firm specializing in system implementation and improvement. Mary is Plexus certified for ISO9001, IATF 16949, and ISO14001, and she is also a Fellow of the International Microelectronics and Packaging Society.
Michael Brucker
Michael Brucker is a longtime member of ASQ and maintains these certifications: CQM/OA, CQE, and CQA. He is a Senior Manager at Global Foundries (semiconductor wafers) in the Quality Systems group, focusing on Automotive Quality. His professional experience spans 30+ years, including stints at Texas Instruments, Motorola, and Silicon Labs. He earned a BS from Villanova (Go Cats!) in Mechanical Engineering and he is completing an MS in Quality Management from Eastern Michigan.
Anne Holland
Anne Holland combines more than 30 years of biomedical engineering with business acumen as founder and CEO of QA Consulting, Inc. She is an expert in every phase of quality assurance from concept design and R&D through manufacturing/production and post-market surveillance for Class I, II, and III medical devices. Anne’s expertise has been sought by medical device manufacturers, from startups to Fortune 500, to develop and implement compliant solutions that meet their quality and regulatory needs. Anne has conducted over 100 supply chain and internal audits. She facilitates and responds to FDA and ISO 13485 Notified Body audits for manufacturers.
Doug Shifflett
Doug is a quality professional with over four decades of experience — with 35 years in Quality Auditing and Surveillance and multi-year executive management experience. Doug is a certified ISO9001 Quality Auditor, certified in AS9100D Aerospace and in ISO 13485 Quality System Standard for medical devices. He is an ISO 9001 Lead/Assessor and has been instructing ASQ’s Certified Quality Auditor certification preparation course at ACC for over 20 years. Doug is also a Wollan Petroleum Advisory Group API professional.
