Process and Product Quality Consulting, LLC (

Business capabilities such as engineering and developing products, ensuring quality, planning and managing work, etc. drive performance. And performance, or lack thereof, drives process improvement. However, without having a rudimentary quantitative understanding of performance of your key capabilities and how these relate to your strategic business goals and objectives, it becomes challenging to determine if your improvements have had a positive impact. Knowing your key business capabilities and how to build, improve, and sustain them creates new business value.

This presentation will provide a high-level road map for deriving business value from business objectives related to:

  • Performance
  • Quality
  • Cost
  • Schedule
  • Functionality

via a holistic approach and brief introduction to the newly released CMMI V2.0
