Where is your company when it comes to Organizational Excellence?
“Organizations” are groups of people with defined leadership that work to accomplish a common goal. “Excellence” is the continuous delivery of a superior product or service that not only meets, but exceeds expectations for one or more of these: utility, timeliness, value, or efficiency.
Organizational characteristics which lead to excellence have been defined (the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award criteria) but until recently, have been used by only a few organizations. In 2015, a simpler self-assessment survey was developed by the ASQ Quality Management Division. A variety of organizations that vary by size, geography, and industry have now completed this survey and the results have been aggregated and analyzed. Join us to learn about the latest results are and what they tell us about our organizations relative to organizational excellence.
