Health Care Leadership & Improvement Strategies: Similarities & Differences from Other Business Segments

ASQ Health Care Issues Jane Norman 2016V2

When working with Health Care organizations in the improvement and leadership arenas, there are great similarities in theory application which can be leveraged from experiences from other business segments.   However, there are key differences which range from communication style and personality intelligence to understanding the cost/price relationship and ROI.  Improvement professionals should be aware and examine their paradigms and assumptions to optimize their contributions to Health Care organizations.  This talk will address these issues and provide insight and strategies for working with and contributing to Health Care organizations.
