Wednesday – September 9, 2015

Speaker:

Ryan J. Schoenbeck

Ryan J. Schoenbeck, Ph.D., C.E.C., C.M.C.

Topic:

Leading Our Minds to Co-Create the W.I.N.

Summary:

Imagine a work environment where blame and complain no longer exist. What would it be like if quality improvements were gratefully welcomed and co-created by the system? How do we lead in complex systems to create work environments we can’t wait to get to and we don’t want to leave but we choose to promoting whole lives? How do we express our greatness in all contexts rather than only share glimpses reserved for weekends and vacations? What would it be like to create a life where we don’t need a vacation?
